FISH RECIPE: Sticky Tiger Prawns in ginger, lemon & chilli

  • 14 large raw Tiger Prawns – Devein and leave the tails on, they look good for presentation.
  • Small piece of Ginger – Grated
  • 4 tbsp of Honey
  • 3 cloves of Garlic – Crushed pounded in a pestle and mortar
  • 1 Red Chilli – Finely chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli – Finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp of Mix & Blend Chilli n Sicilian Lemon Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt & Pepper
  • Handful of Fresh Coriander – Chopped


  1. Place your rinsed deveined tiger prawns into an ovenproof dish and add the grated ginger, garlic, red chilli, green chilli, pinch of sea salt, pepper and pour on the 4 tbsp of honey.

  2. Give the whole thing a good mix (for best results marinate over night) and place in the oven at 180ºC for 15 mins.

Take out and let it cool, Ok go on then…have one (be careful it’s hot!)
