PAYMENTS

The purchases of goods and/or services you make with Mix & Blend may only be paid for by using a debit or credit card through our payment facility (or any other payment method which we may make available from time to time).  In accepting or otherwise processing your payments related to the purchase of items from Mix & Blend.

CURRENCIES

We trade in Sterling (GBP). All our prices are reflected as Sterling, if you require any further details on your currency please contact us.

DELIVERY CONTRACT

Your shopping basket on the Mix & Blend Ltd website displays the goods you have chosen and the details of postage and packing. The delivery costs for each product will vary according to the delivery methods offered and total fee of the order.

APC offer a tracking system for all orders, so customers can track the estimated delivery date time.

Mix & Blend offer a repeat order system for all orders.  It is down to the customer to click the ‘Opt Out’ button, when agreeing to Mix & Blend Terms & Conditions and completing their order.

To cancel any repeat orders, the customer must notify us in writing giving Mix & Blend Ltd with 30 days to close your repeat order.  If there are any outstanding monies to be paid, it will be the customer’s responsibility to clear the outstanding balance.  Please see Mix & Blend address below to send your ‘Opt Out’ correspondence.

REFUSAL OF CONTRACT

Mix & Blend Ltd may refuse to process any transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.  Mix & Blend Ltd will not be liable to you for refusing or by reason of unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.


RETURNS & REFUND CONTRACT

  • Due to the nature of our products (edible products), we are unable to accept any returns, due to hygiene and safety reasons. Should the packaging box be damage, please refuse delivery and the driver will return the goods to us.  Once we have received the package and inspect the packaging, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or a refund, if the product is out of stock or no longer being produced.
  • If you do decide to return any goods, this will be at your expense.
  • If you receive your goods and they are damaged inside the packaging, please take photograph pictures a long with delivery note and email to our Customer Service Team, who will be happy to discuss a refund or replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Refunds credited to your credit card could take up to ten working days for the refund to reach your account from us receiving your item.
  • Our refund policy runs alongside your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations which allows you to cancel your contract with us (e.g. if your product is not wanted) within 7 working days of receipt.

Please note personalised, made to orders cannot be returned unless they are faulty

  • Made-to-order products cannot be returned for any reason unless faulty. In exceptional circumstances we may agree to accept a return and we therefore reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the order price.

AMENDING & CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

  • If you’ve already checked out, you can’t add extra products to your order; please place a new order.
  • Our refund policy runs alongside your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations which allows you to cancel your contract with us (e.g. if your product is not wanted) within 7 working days of receipt.
